Project Description:

The load bearing walls were removed to open up a new clear spanned space.  Four walls were removed, and special beams installed to handle the load. All of the old dated wallpaper was removed, and hand trowel texture was applied, along with new custom paint.  The original dark stain was sanded sealed and painted white to lighten up the space.  A new supporting pillar was added at the kitchen along with a new custom granite top. The newly remodeled kitchen has a new faucet, sink, with six inch ceramic tile added to decorate the backsplashes.  The cabinets were repaired and reused to save money on the project.  New stainless cabinet hardware was added to update the existing cabinets.

At the living room  a new entertainment center was built-in to accommodate the TV monitor and sound system.  All of the molding was sanded sealed and painted white.  New painted crown molding was added at all of the adjoining rooms.  As a final touch carpet and pad were added to lighten up the space even more.
